History of Our Dishes
Hong Kong Roast Duck
We roast our duck using traditional Hong Kong methods led by our chef who has decades of experience cooking Hong Kong style BBQ from the age of 19 in GuangDong province in southern China. This duck has been prepared in this style for hundreds of years and is one of the most famous dishes in southern China. It differs from Beijing duck in that it is chopped along with its bones and is more tasty to eat.
Our roast duck is prepared daily and roasted throughout each day so that you can get the freshest duck possible. Our ducks are raised hormone and antibiotic free and are free to roam within a large barn environment.
Congee
The best congee on the East Side of Seattle. Twelve different flavors of congee all made daily with fresh ingredients.
BBQ Pork
Delicious BBQ pork made fresh throughout every day in our large BBQ ovens.
Wonton Noodles
A steaming bowl of wontons and noodles in a savory broth. There are five different types of noodles to choose from.
